Shipping & Handling

We offer free shipping on all wholesale orders over $1700.

Orders below $1700 will be charged standard shipping rates based on weight and destination.

All shipments are sent via insured carriers, and tracking is provided.
Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full before order processing.

We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, and major credit cards.
Processing Time

Order processing time is 2–5 business days depending on inventory.

Once the order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
Returns & Claims

All sales are final on wholesale orders.

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.

Proof (photo or video) of damage is required for any claim to be considered.
