The reviews that show results for Nutrafol are fantastic and the reason why I bought this supplement. I have been shedding alarming amounts of hair daily and don't know why. I bought this supplement to help slow the shedding and assist with regrowth around my hairline. I have only taken this supplement for about a week, so not long enough to see results but had to write a review now because I already have opinions about the product. First, taking 4 capsules/day feels like a lot for me. I have other supplements that I take and I hate having a fist full of pills that I have to swallow. Second, they smell horrendous!! truly, upon opening the container I get hit with a nasty stench- totally unappetizing. Third, it's required to consume these capsules with a meal, otherwise prepare to feel nauseated. Even when I have a light breakfast, I feel nauseated when taking the capsules in conjuction to it. To me, the process of consuming them is difficult and unpleasant enough to know that I don't want to continue taking this product and i'll search for other hair remedies elsewhere despite the results others have experienced with this product.
You have to stay with it consistently for a few months but it does work. I was having major hair thinning and shedding and you could see my scalp. My pony tail had gotten so thin. After about 3 months, I noticed a change. After 6 months, everyone noticed a change. It definitely reduced hair shedding and I have growth again.
