Versatile and Easy to Cook

Great Texture and Taste

My new favorite pantry staple are No Yolks Broad Egg White Noodles. These noodles are fantastic, especially for someone like myself who enjoys spaghetti but watches my cholesterol. They have an excellent texture and cook up exactly al dente. In addition, compared to regular pasta, they have less fat and cholesterol because they are comprised of egg whites. They've appeared in casseroles, soups, and even as an easy side dish topped with Parmesan and olive oil.

Excellent Quality and Taste

Though I've had various egg white noodles, none of them come close to No Yolks. The large noodles are dense and retain their structure even after cooking. These are my go-to noodles for creamy Alfredo dishes or for a basic pasta meal with garlic and olive oil. They are a must-have in my cupboard because of their excellent flavor and texture.

Kid-Approved Healthy Option

Even though they are finicky eaters, my kids adore these noodles!
